Paris Musketeers 21- 20 Frankfurt Galaxy
I love the idea of a grade system for games so we can keep track of the best (and worst) of all time. I don’t want to limit this to a per-league basis; it’s all fun and subjective. We are using a star system with 7 categories, then calculating the average for our total score. There is room to change categories in the future if needed. Finally, there will be a few bullet points, if needed, to explain why we have given a certain grade.
Offensive Performance - 2*
Paris failed to convert on the goal line with four attempts.
Galaxy did not kick a game-winning field goal; instead, they failed on 4th-and-goal from the 1.
2 Fumbles.
2 INTs.
Defensive Performance - 4.5*
4 takeaways.
Many great pass deflections.
Both teams fantastic on the goal line.
Tons of sacks.
Galaxy defence did seem tired on the past Paris drives.

Ref Performance - 4*
I agreed with the 4th-and-goal failure by the Galaxy.
They recognised the red flag and changed the call.
Picked up flags and didn't waste a bunch of time.
Wasn't a fan of the illegal-man-downfield call.
Galaxy fans are very mad, but I think they did a solid job.
Commentary (English) - 2*
I am very happy we have two on the broadcast.
They did not know the French names well
Called a pick 6 as wrong as possible by hyping up the safety for the other team while Mason Chambers returned the Pick 6.
Big Moments/Game Drama - 5*
We had a missed kick and two blocks.
The score was always close.
Galaxy bottled a 13-point lead.
Goal line stands were cinema.
Very exciting game all the way through.
Individual Performances - 3.5*
QB play was rusty; both Edwards and Garbers looked like they were shaking off the dust a bit.
Jack Loew, Mamadou Sy and Yani Gouadfel were fantastic for Paris.
So many drops, Dosso and Foster struggled with that the whole game.
Louis Achaintre had some costly flags. Dosso also took a TD off the board with a foul.
Ending - 4.75*
Amazing 4th QTR.
Garbers fumble.
Edwards and Tekedam for a great drive.
Blocked kicks.
Final goal line stand to win the game.
Overall Score - 3.67*
A fun, close defensive performance with a great ending. Offensive units couldn't get started. Enjoyable watch.
Games MVP - Yani Gouadfel
7 Tackles
1 Sack
At least 3 PBUs
Sleeper for DPOTY?
